  • Once your order is handed to the courier, it’s officially on the way!

  • If our system detects an address issue, we’ll contact you within 3 business days. No response? Your order may be canceled.

  • Couriers may face weather issues, customs delays, or other unexpected problems.
  • Payment verification, inventory updates, or address confirmation can also slow things down.
  • We’ll always update you on any known delays—but we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

We get it—missing packages are frustrating! While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, here’s what to do:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front desk (sometimes couriers leave packages in a safe spot).
  2. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  3. Email us at hello@gymppy.com so we can assist in tracking it down.

If your package is officially lost and undelivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
