- Once your order is handed to the courier, it’s officially on the way!

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages
We get it—missing packages are frustrating! While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, here’s what to do:
- Check with your neighbors or front desk (sometimes couriers leave packages in a safe spot).
- Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

If your package is officially lost and undelivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
