Need to tweak or cancel your order? No problem—just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order enters processing, we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel in time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

📦 Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@gymppy.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

  • If the product itself is damaged, we’ll determine if you’re eligible for a free replacement.
  • Minor packaging dents or scuffs do not qualify as damage.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you fast, but shipping delays beyond our control (courier issues, customs, weather) may happen. If there’s a problem with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. Gymppy™️ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
